At CK Men's Wear, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery, Return & Refund Policy.

1. Delivery Policy

Local Deliveries (Kalaburagi)

  • We aim to deliver orders within 2 hours of order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, traffic conditions, weather conditions, high order volume, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • While we make every effort to complete delivery within 2 hours, delivery may occasionally take longer.

Deliveries Outside Kalaburagi

  • Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service performance, and other external factors.

  • CK Men's Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Return Policy

For Customers in Kalaburagi

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The customer must visit the CK Men's Wear store personally.

  • The customer must provide a valid reason for the return, including:

    • Incorrect size

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product received

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The final decision regarding acceptance of the return rests with the store owner.

  • Returns will only be approved if the reason provided is found to be genuine and satisfactory.

For Customers Outside Kalaburagi

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Customers must contact CK Men's Wear through WhatsApp or phone before returning any product.

  • A valid reason for return must be provided, including:

    • Size issue

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product received

  • Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos for verification.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return requests are subject to approval by CK Men's Wear.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

  • Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by CK Men's Wear or a damaged product received by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products

  • Washed products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products returned without a valid reason

  • Products returned without prior approval (for customers outside Kalaburagi)

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or delivery confirmation.

  • Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within a reasonable period.
